Copy creates an empty folder if no permissions

Post by *hard »

Hi all !!!
I saw that when I copy a set of folders, if one of them is restricted to my user with ntfs permissions TC creates an empty folder with that name with no error or advice.
My question is why this is happening and if there is a log where to look at to check the operation results.

Thanks a lot.

...when trying to copy a directory that is too large to fit on target partition and aborting the operation with pressing "No"

I don´t think is the same case...
That one is more like a space on the disk problem.

If there is no log, can I, somehow, force an error, popup, etc. ?

Thanks again.
