favourite File lister

Hello, i am looking for a plug-in that can list some files that i mark and after he give me the list and i can copy them in a directory (a sort of FTP file add to list and then, download from list but on my hard drive)

It is in fact to store my canon's favorite pictures that i want send to a web site for printing but i does'nt want to copy them directly in a new repertory because it take too many Mb...
Then, after some months and some favorite adding to list, i can select them and copy to a directory to re-select them before sending to a web site.
