new features: a)verify CD/DVD, b)save ISO image CD/DVD

This is my suggestions for new TCMD features:

a) simple verify CD/DVD without any storiging to HDD (like UltraIso program and others..)

b) ability to save ISO image CD/DCD to HDD --> very easy and small utility, but usefull

a) Ctrl+B, F5, enter target nul. All the files will be just read from the CD/DVD, that will verify the readability of the disk.
b) SanskritFritz, ISO plugin is a packer plugin that allows to unpack ISO images, not create them.

Verifying is not about readibility only.

UltraISO is the best app out there. It can read almost all known CD/DVD formats and it is, so called, portable. Small utility shiping with TC will handle only ISO but it is not enough. UtlraISO is developed throught years, and updated regulary. Creating/Reading images is not trivial task.
