[Feature request] Themes

Another suggestion: themes.

1. TC treats all DLLs placed in "%Commander_path%\Themes" folder as themes.

2. Theme DLL contains icons for cm_XXX toolbar buttons, drive buttons, dialogs buttons, filetype icons etc.
(Are dialogs buttons in TC 7 will have icons?)

3. Icons resources must be _desctiptive_ so TC can auto-apply theme.
Names can be: cm_XXX, drive_XXX, dlg_XXX etc.

4. TC configuration dialog has "Themes" combobox to allow user to quickly switch between themes.
No "DriveLib" or similar hidden options, just combobox.
Or maybe a submenu in Configuration main menu.

5. Theme can be auto-installed from archive like plugin:
pluginst.inf must have line "type=theme".

One can use TCThemes ot TCMigrator for that, but they are both unsupported and buggy.
So I support the request.
And I should add that a hotkey to switch to some specified theme would be great. Or just browse through them (like through drives via cm_GotoNextDrive).
