RAR files encrypted with the option:
-hp[password] Encrypt both file data and headers
appear under Total Commander to be empty RAR files.
Total Commander should prompt for the password, use the external packer to read them, or at least give some message that this is an encrypted archive and it is unable to read it.
RAR files with encrypted headers appear like empty archives
