Hi,
Is this a limit on tc ?
No, every line beginning with a 3-digit number is sent by the server. So
226 Output truncated to 10000 matches
is a message sent by the server about what it is sending. The server truncates the list.

Some servers do this in demo (unpaid) mode. Some other servers seem to to it as anti-denial of service. It should be possible to change in the configuration of the server.
