In Serbia, cat like yours wonder freely on the streets. You call it forest cat, we call it ally cat. I have like 10 of them outside of Belgrade living with my parents.

The different between ally/forest cat and the siam and other cats is huge. Forest cats are pure animals, very precise, very hungry by its nature, very quick, wakeful and effective.
Contrary to that, my siam cat don't eat much, I can leave to her enough food for the whole month and go away, she will take as much as she need that day. My ally cat would eat everthing first day, and die afterwards. This acctually happened. Pufta is dead now, after 2 operations because he did eat everything. They fond in his stomach all kind of things, like sylicon from the windows of my appartement.... He survived first operation but after 6 months he did it again, he eat some gum that was afterwards stuck in his stomach. Second operation didn't succeed...
Then, Gizmo (siam) is not of very good health, and it has human intelegence, not the cat. He is the first cat I saw to be afraid of the hights and he can not fall on its legs when you drop him, but can fall on the back too
Race-cats also live between 5-7 years longer due to the less-stress factor and they already have "living with humans" in genes which makes the main difference.
Other then that, all cats are the best evolution came with, when the sences, efficiency and other things are in question. This is the only animal being proven to feed on pure energy (negative energy).
