On 3.1, 3.2 everything works. In 3.4, some changes were made that the plugin does not work correctly. I will sort this out.

Dear, please take a look. It seems that it was possible to remake it under 3.4.2.

Great. Thank you. In 3.4.x, for some reason, the functionality was redone, so I had to redo it. Now the plugin works on 3.1, 3.2, 3.4.
I think that now the plugin works more correctly than 1.3. Hotkeys and TC Lister and SumatraPDF work.

wlx_TCSumatraPDF_1.5b2.7z x86

Code: Select all

F3: Lister (sumatrapdf) 	 		     -> OK
Ctrl+Q, Tab, 4: 		 		     -> NOK *
F3: Lister (sumatrapdf), Digit 4 		     -> NOK *
Mark 5 PDF files, F3: Lister (sumatrapdf), 'N', 'P': -> OK!!
Define view method by file type... *.pdf;*.epub;*.xps - SumatrPDF.wlx

Code: Select all

Lister plugins:							- expected in TC x86 -       - Result -
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
0  %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\ulister\ulister.wlx64		  skipped x64		       OK
4  %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\TCIrfanView\IrfanView.wlx         3			       NOK *
5  %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\TCModPlug\ModPlug.wlx		  ?			       ?
16 %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\TCSumatraPDF\SumatraPDF.wlx	  1			       OK - Ctrl+Q
17 %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\slister\slister.wlx64		  skipped x64		       OK
18 %COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wlx\slister\slister.wlx		  2			       OK - 4
* The "loop" is not run completely, i.e. "expected 3" IrfanView.wlx is not executed after number 4 (in contrast to 1.5b2 x64).
  After number 4 you can switch to the sLister plugin x86 (slister.wlx), then the execution stops if you press the number 4 again.

It's whining at a high level though.

Try another option. But since the changes are small, try with my SumatraPDF-settings.txt to exclude your settings. If it's his fault, then we'll figure it out.

Both bits work the same for me. By the way, in Ctrl+Q these keys should not work at all as in TC Lister. I think they should be disabled in the release. Incorrect behavior when documents can be flipped in the quick view window.

If you do not want to make any more changes to the x86, then please leave everything as it is(!).
With the current programming, the user then has the possibility in the x86 version after pressing the number 4 once
to change to another plugin. Even this will hardly be used in practice and I have it also carried out only for test purposes.

Have you tried my SumatraPDF-settings.txt? And what version of TC are you using. I'm testing on 10.52.

I saw the version of your TC on the video. I'll check it out. Only I did not understand, why do you associate files with the plugin? An interesting option. I have never seen such a thing.

I explained that in detail here under point 2.1 Rules for processing plugins...

Here is a simple example:
- There is NO definition under "Define view method by file type..." for *.pdf files.
- The sLister plugin was installed years ago.
- The TCSumatraPDF plugin was installed later and is in Lister plugins (.WLX) BELOW the sLister plugin.
- Rule: The plugins are processed from top to bottom
- Result: sLister is executed BEFORE TCSumatraPDF

I can influence the result as follows:
Define view method by file type... *.pdf - SumatrPDF.wlx
In this case, TCSumatraPDF is executed BEFORE sLister.

That's the way it's supposed to be, isn't it? :wink:

Only in TCSumatraPDF_1.5b2 & b3 x64 and x86 'N' and 'P' works fine for me (flawlessly!).
Please see also my signature below.

Additionally tested:
TC 10.52 x64: OK
TC 10.52 x86: OK

Re: TCSumatraPDF Plugin <-> sLister Plugin | SumatraPDF

Actually, this was meant to be a final test for me:

- CLEAN INSTALL -> wlx_TCSumatraPDF_1.5b2.7z
- UPGRADE          -> wlx_TCSumatraPDF_1.5b3.7z

Result:
- C:\totalcmd\Plugins\wlx\TCSumatraPDF\sumatrapdf.ini with content [Options] NOT present!

- C:\totalcmd\Plugins\wlx\TCSumatraPDF\SumatraPDF\ -> Folder "SumatraPDF" is EMPTY!
  This is where I think these files should be located:
  Manual.chm
  readme.txt
  SumatraPDF.exe
  SumatraPDF64.exe
  SumatraPDF-settings.txt

:?:

Puhh, I think I'm getting hot ... :?

PS: The upgrade worked!
