Totalcmd.net: Server down?

Im brand new to this file manager and to this community. I notice that totalcmd.net is down. Is this a recent developement? If it isn't going to be back up any time soon, could someone please direct me to an alternate download site for plugins?

If you cant reach it you must be having a prob with ur internet connection :)

As Ergo explained, the site was disabled because of exceeding the processor time quota. Now the site is being moved to a more powerful hosting.
