CH means Copy Handler, which is a small program to let you copy/move files faster.
I took a test on my computer. Using TC, copy a 700M ISO file from one partition to another (both on the same physical disk), the speed is 7-8M/s, it takes 2mins. Using CH, the speed can reach 17M/s, it only takes 47Sec.
Unbelievable result!
For more informatin: http://www.copyhandler.com
Why I write those information here is just want to suggest that can TC add such feature to accelerate our copy-file-speed.
BTW: CH is an open-source program.
Anybody knows CH? (NOT C.I.H.)

What are you talking about people ?
Why don't U explain first what is your hardware configuration ? How do I know that you don't have 4 disk Raprtor Raid ?
First, standardize the hardware, then make comparisons, because, otherwise, this info doesn't tells me much.
Anyway, thx for the link cheming

If I use Copy Handler on the same file, it's completed after 110 seconds and speed about 21MB/s. Slower then using TC.
My hardware is:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
2GB CORSAIR DDR
Maxtor Diamondmax 10 200GB 7200RPM (used during test)
OS: XP PRO 32Bit
Black minitower chassi with four white rubberfeet and a blue LED on front.
TC: CopyHugeBlockSize=20480
