Average transfer speed

A very simple question. I apologize if this has been asked before.

Is it possible to set a longer averaging time for transfer speed (and remaining time of course)? The speed readings in v6.53 fluctuate too much.

Well, measuring the speed is always a compromise - if I wait too long, I don't see slowdowns due to other file operations etc, and if I update it too frequently, then it will fluctuate a lot. I think that I have found a reasonable compromize now. You may get more reliable results when using a bigger copy buffer, though.
