[REQ]Compare Content tool

The "Compare content" and "Synchronize Dirs" are really powerful.
But not thing is perfect~ Please consider about following feature:

1. Option to ignore CR/LF char
Sometimes I need to compare the files between two dirs.
One of them is ftp folder of a UNIX server and the other one is Win32 folder.
The CR/LF char make every file different. But some files are the same if CR/LF char can be ignored.

2. UTF-8 support
More and more file are stored in UTF-8. Please support this encoding.
