Checking mail from command line

Post by *tbeu »

Did you know, that there is a quick and simple possibility to check presence of email from command line? It is all done by using TC WCX Test and POP3&SMTP packer plugin.

I compiled an archive containing all the required files. You can either download the compiled archive (295kB) from http://tbeu.totalcmd.net/mail/check_mail.zip or the same archive including source code and build tools (553kB) from http://tbeu.totalcmd.net/mail/check_mail_src.zip.

To check mail you need to configure your mail settings in SampleMailbox.pop3 first. All you have to do now is simply executing check_mail.bat to see your mail box files!
