How can I hide the start menu and help menu?

I'm a new user of TC.
I want to hide the start menu and help menu ,but I don't how to config it.
Please help me.

You can manually edit the MNU file - it contains the menu definition. In the help file its syntax is described.
But the Start menu cannot be removed: even if you remove it from the MNU file, it appears automatically. However, you may insert the Start menu into some submenu so that it was not present on the main menu bar...

Read the help. Search it for "RestrictInterface".

Of course, I meant removing via editing of the MNU files. :)
