I can reproduce your bug :) But can you reproduce my?
The difference is that you compare files which are both from archives, right? And one file is in the root, the other is from second-level dir or archive?

I can't reproduce your bug.

The point with my bug is that it behaves differently depending what pannel is selected, like you maybe noticed. I first call from left panel, then from right.
In left panel it behaves the same as you noted, in right some stupid message.

So I thought, if Ghisler work on my bug, it might solve your bug too.

But....

what about HIS bug ?

In my bug there's also a dependance on the active panel. If the panel with nested archive is active - all work as expected. If the other panel is active - I get the bug. And this situation is shown in your movie too. And I can reproduce this situation.
But I can't reproduce that with the strange message. Possibly really long path in that case.

Path is not long. Normal path.
This is exactly the same bug, as it behaves the same way.
