Separate tree mode (again) when used with cm_syncchangedir

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Separate tree mode (again) when used with cm_syncchangedir

Post by *wanderer »

When used with cm_syncchangedir, if you "cd" from the files panel, the dirs are synchronized, if you "cd" from the tree panel, they are not.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3
x64: Clients/Servers from Win7 to Win11 and Win2K12Srv to Win2K22Srv, mainly Win10 though.

Indeed cm_syncchangedir can only detect up/down movements withing the file system. The tree, history or hotlist do not work with it, sorry.

Hmmm, perhaps this should be added to the "known limitations list".

I think this should be improved some day as all the interface elements you listed change the file list and therefore should work with cm_syncchangedir.
