As i see it is still not possible to use both inverted selection and invrted cursor at the same time (pity), so maybe there should be radiobuttons instead of checkboxes in the page?

Radiobuttons are not a good idea as they imply that one entry must be checked.

It's a pity indeed, I'm awaiting this option for years, and that was also discussed already. But Ghisler said that it would be too much color-config hassle to enable an inverted cursor and an inverted selection.

For me, this would still be the perfect solution, as then both, selection and cursor would be highly visible.

So I'd say keep the checkboxes and lets hope that one day it will be possible to use them as expected
