Total Commander

Help says: "Alias Enter an alias here, e.g. "np" to start Notepad via the command line."
Somebody tell me how to do it? My brain doesn't work anymore
I can show help e.g., but how to launch a prog?

Enter alias name.
Press the "loupe" to get to the command browser.
Select usercmd.ini at the very bottom.
Click New.
Enter the desired name, e.g. em_notepad.
Enter the command and parameters.
OK, OK, OK.
