NUL

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

NUL

1. Already for 4.00 (17.06.99) version of WC(now TC) you've wrote "Copy to nul, prn, lptx and comx now supported"
Why it's not working in 7pb1? You can reproduce this "strange behavior" when having chosen a directory and having tried to copy it in NUL

Not confirmed.

1. Press F5
2. Change to NUL
3. Enter
4. File is gone

For directories you are right. Bug or feature request? No idea. ghisler will know.

You cannot create subfolders of NUL. Just press Ctrl+B (branch view) within that folder to copy all files to NUL.

FAR manager can do - why TC can't?
Source code for FAR manager is available - you can look into it. May it help you.
