[REQ] Lock quick view to a file

It would be nice to have a command for locking the quick view to the file that is currently viewed. This way you can view the content of a file and at the same time do renaming operations for example.

As a basic step it would satisfy me if this lock was only in effect until you change the tab but having tabs with multiple locked quick views would be even better of course. ;)

Right now I am using Alextp's Universal Viewer and majkinetor's Quick View for Universal Viewer for this purpose. As the script only reacts on cursor keys, it's possible to move cursor in the opposite panel with the mouse without losing the preview.

Yeah, totally suport this.
It's useful when you want to do some operations according to the cntent of quickview.

Why not just press F3 and see content of desired file in separate Lister window?

Because then you have to resize it, reposition and put always on top.
