Delete file with no updated icon

When my PC very busy, TC update file list on panel quickly, but update file's icons slow.
If this moment I try delete file (with not updated icon) TC write me that files used with other application and not delete it.

This happens when the background icon thread is just extracting that icon at the moment when you want to delete the file! Depending on your virus scanner, it can take up to several seconds until an icon from exe has been extracted.
