Please test if these bugs have been fixed!

Post by *ghisler(Author) »

Please test whether the bugs reported during the beta 1 test have been fixed or not!

I have tried to move out those reports which I couldn't handle, either because the behaviour is by design, or for other reasons like feature requests postponed to a later version.

Would it be helpful if there were two forums, "B1->B2 confirmed bugs - for testing if solved" and "B1 bugs solved in B2"? Plain users would not be able to create new topics in them. In the first one, all confirmed bugs (not by-design) would be moved by the moderators and after the release of a beta version, users would go there and just add a "fixed"/"not fixed" reply to each topic. If fixed, then the mods would just move them to the "solved" forum. Perhaps this would make it easer both for the users and for Christian to keep track what's open and what's closed. The current "bugs" forum may be rather difficult to keep track the bugs that are still open.

Just an idea...

Well, those who reported a bug should know that they had reported it for beta 1, and test whether it still exists in beta 2...

There are many bug reports regarding language files and help files. Could those who reported these bugs please check whether they have been fixed or not, please?

Thanks!

OK, I have created a forum now where I move all bug reports where the bugs should be fixed.

I believe plain users should not be able to create new topics in the following forums:

- TC 7.5 bugs which should be fixed now
- TC7.5 Fixed bugs
- TC7.5 Behaviour which will not be changed
- Bug reports from previous beta tests (unresolved)

Right now, they are able to.
