I just switched drive (Alt+F1) from a mapped network drive to a local drive.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this error. Was the network drive inaccessible at the time you got this error? Can you reproduce it somehow?

Neither do I. It happened just once and looked strange enough to make me report it. As TC was freshly installed I can't blame a plugin or something similar for that error.
Was the network drive inaccessible at the time you got this error?
I don't think so.
