Pack/copy/move dialog: name without ext. right arrow

Pack dialog: F5 or Alt+F5 can now be used to select specific name part (name with ext, name without ext, everything)

If I select a name without ext and click right arrow key, the cursor
moves after the dot. The normal in filelist is before the dot.

The same with copy and move dialog.

This behaviour is currently only supported in the inplace rename box, sorry.
