[BUG] Desktop shortcut and problem with finding reg. key

3. The problem in finding the registartion key appears probably only if there are three things at the same time:

- the empty KeyPath= in wincmd.ini
- empty "Working directory" in shortcut to TC
- wincmd.ini is not located in TC folder (in my case it's in my profile folder)

i only want to change the first point to be

- the empty KeyPath= or KeyPath=invalid in wincmd.ini

invalid here not mean non exist path but the .key file isn't located there

That's true. I also have an empty path called "Working directory" (in polish: "Rozpocznij w:") in TC pb4 shortcut, but it doesn't make any problems with the wincmd.key use by TC...
