According to several wishes, in TCMenu 2.0 was added ability to use colored menus. I would like to know how many TCMenu users actually use this feature.

I also woild like to get some feedback on another new feature - ability to use text in menu separators. I didn't include this option in the poll, so if anybody uses this feature, just write smth like "I'm using text in separators", please.

I prefer applications which adhere to the Windows theme, besides they are fun tools like media player and such... As long as it's only an option and is disabled by default, it's ok for me. :)

Text in separators is a nice choice, didn't know that it was possible till now. But, when adding text, the background colour of that entry changes to 0xc0c0c0. Maybe you can just grey out the entry and leave background colour as is or use a colour which is defined in the theme?

Voted "I don't care", but actually it isn't so - I don't use color schemes because I had no time to make my own scheme and I don't like the standard ones. Yes, as it's very low on my todo list, "I don't care" is close..

I tried both of your suggestions. In the first case separator looks like disabled menu item, in the second case it looks like regular menu item. But in both cases it looks like menu item and this confuses people.

Well, this is what it is, isn't it? Right now it cannot be clicked as well.

How is that possible if it has a different colour? I don't mean that it should have the normal background colour but some other colour which is defined in the user's scheme instead of the hardcoded grey.

Anyway, as long as my normal theme doesn't have a grey background as well, I can live with it, no prob.

Of course you can define your own colors for separator! Grey color is just default. Look on examples in TCMenu.ini file.

I hadn't even checked the INI file till now as TCMenu worked without it like I was used from 1.9. If it would have been created automatically after first startup I would have noticed it I think. Anyway, thanks for the hint and sorry for the confusion... ;)

Why don't the percents nex to the answers add up to 100%?

Because the rounding is wrong. All numbers are rounded down.

And why doesn't this forum use a computer program that *can* compute?
