[Fixed] Search, plugins tab, checkbox state misbehaviour

The checkbox for "Search in plugins" is not unchecked when a standard search without plugins is loaded, so "tc => fullname => contains" is always activated.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open search dialog
2. Check the "Search in plugins" checkbox
3. Load a search which doesn't use plug-ins
"Search in Plugins" is checked

In my TC it's not always true but always false; the only stuff which TC finds when it's searching for nothing is exactly that: nothing!

If you want to find anything, you have to search for !nothing...
