zip file >2gb warning message

Post by *crazyb13 »

Hello,

Is there any chance to get rid of the warning saying "The total size of all selected files (unpacked) is > 2gb .....)

As I need to compress a lot of directories with more than 2 gb of data, this warning stop the process on every directory.

Thanks in advance for your help

Ps running 7.03 with internal Zip Packer.

Currently there is no way to turn off this warning. I will try to add a switch to the next version of TC.

You can turn this warning off now in TC 7.04:
wincmd.ini
[Packer]
WarnTooBig=0

Shouldn't the thread be moved into "Fixed bugs" or "Suggestions"?

Somebody could confirm it's working. ;)

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Thanks, but that doesn't help if the fix isn't confirmed here...

Flint,
We are usually waiting for the OP to confirm, or for at least two other users.
