v7.50pb1 - FTP file panel not refreshed after upload

Post by *deus-ex »

After an upload the file panel representing the FTP server does not get refreshed automatically.

When deleting files from an FTP server the auto refreshing works as it should. Also after a FTP download my client file panel gets auto refreshed as usual. I tried to ~fix~ this by applying the wincmd.ini setting WatchDirs=11, but the issue remains unchanged.

The previous version of TC v7.04a worked flawless, and I didn't use any WatchDirs setting then. I changed none of my TC settings during the upgrade from v7.04a to v7.50pb1.

I can reproduce the problem when uploading in the background, but not in the foreground. Did you upload the file in the background?

Yes, confirmed, all my FTP traffic is running in background mode.
Please find bellow my FTP settings derived from wcx_ftp.ini:

Code: Select all

[General]
AutoResume=15
AutoDisconnect=2
ConnectRetries=5
FtpInBackground=1
FtpOpenIn=1
FtpShowHidden=1
KeepAliveTransfer=1
MDTM=3
ModeZ=1
TransferMode=I
WaitDelay=5
zlibratiobin=9
zlibratiotxt=9

[Default]
pasvmode=1
PreserveDates=1

[edit]
I just tried an FTP upload in foreground mode (i.e. FtpInBackground=0) and can confirm that the FTP panel gets auto refreshed as expected then.
[/edit]

I also had this 'no-refresh'-Issue with background transfers in pb1, but missed to report/confirm (shame on me).

Seems fixed in pb2, thank you!
