It is possible but not with F2.

Thanks for the info. Not sure if this has changed but on 7.50 pb1, the yellow folder with the blue star is located in the upper left corner, not the right corner.

Is there a way I can run this from the command line with one of the saved settings and to give it parameters to run also?

For buttons and internal command line:
SYNCOPEN <sync operation>=-6;Open stored sync operation
Commandline parameter for loading from outside of Total Commander:
/S=S Start "Synchronize dirs" directly, accepts two paths as parameters, or alternatively a settings name in the form /S=S:SettingsName

When I use the /S=S command line parameter TC opens up the "syncronize dirs" dialog but it doesn't start the synchronization. Is it possible to also start the synchronization from the command line?
