May be it will good idea to remember file name if user change directori by blue line (I dont know how it called - it is in upper part of left and right windows with files).
For examble I have directorys with same files:
c:\Dir1\texts\
c:\Dir2\texts\
c:\Dir3\texts\
c:\Dir4\texts\
c:\Dir5\texts\
For example I located in "c:\Dir1\texts\0000822.htm"
if i 2 times click at blue line - then I can edit name of current dir.
I change to dir "c:\Dir3\texts\"
My suggestion is: if in new dir I have file "0000822.htm" then cursor position remeber file and stay on file with same name.
Remember file name when change dir in blue line
