"Copy date/time of directories" in Copy dialog

I suggest to integrate the "Copy date/time of directories" option into the Copy (and Move) dialog in one of the following ways:

1. The option in the Copy dialog is a reference to the equally named option in the configuration.
2. The option in the Copy dialog is a copy of the equally named option in the configuration and it is only valid for one operation.
   That is, the corresponding value in the configuration cannot be changed in the Copy dialog.

I think both variants improve the current situation, but I prefer variant 2 because it would allow the option to be enabled normally and to be disabled only on few special occasions (or vice versa).
