Button bar improvements

I worked the last night with the button bar and the new menus. Now I have some suggestions:
1. In the main menu, there is a HELP_BREAK. Could it be possible to add this function in the button bar?
So it would be nice to set a menu on the end of the button bar line with leading spaces.
2. If 1. will be possible, please add also a break on the end of the left panel.
3. Auto open a button bar menu, when hover with the mouse over it.
4. If 2. will be possible, then it would be fine if the menu button can also execute a command as a "normal" button.

Do you have any of the menus or button bars available in English, by chance?

I ask functionality like TCMenu for buttons sub bar:
- Default button (with normal click) settable as parameter (1,2,3,... - number of button from sub bar)
- List of buttons from sub bar as menu - already done - but with SHIFT+Click
- Load sub bar - already done - but with CTRL+SHIFT+Click

When parameter is missing behavior can be like now.
