The custom columns view is NL_Info, Version 1.11
Content plugin for Total Commander, that allows to view information about hard links and reparse points on NTFS.

You right, this text is hidden under violation log.
NL_Info is a content plug-in but not the custom column setup. As far as I know, it has a number of fields.
I tried a column set with all NL_Info fields for some folders, no errors found.
