Default button for internal associations

I saw that in any circumstances the default button for internal associations is not active.

I think it would be nice to set the default associate program through this button from list not by edit Open field.

Also, this button isn't mentioned into help file.

Sorry, this button is for Windows associations ONLY. The button isn't used for internal associations, because here the "open" verb is always the default.
