Default TC internal association with Ctrl+CLICK request

As you already know, the default action on TC internal associations is defined into Open field.

When the field is filled with *, the internal menu is shown.

It's ok with this but sometimes I need to start one 'second' program from the list which I want to be active with Ctrl+Shift+CLICK directly. As you know, Alt+CLICK shows file properties (through Windows).

Shift+CLICK and Ctrl+CLICK cannot be used because they are used at file selection.

Difference from now is than a file type is associated as default and in the internal TC menu the list is not shown anymore. In this case, Ctrl+Shift+CLICK could show the TC internal association menu.

A similar behavior is at button bar shown as menu when SHIFT inverse the funtion of that button.

I hope is not very hard to understand... because I really love this feature - TC internal association.
