FTP upload with background thread for multiple files

Hello Ghisler,

The background thread is working fine except when you want to add another file from a different folder.
This should be checked if you want to overwrite/resume etc, but be added to the list of the first upload.
Now we get multiple background threads uploading at the same time to the same ftp server.

You can press F5 - F2 to append new files to the last opened background transfer manager.
