Messy code in CommandBrowser,with Chinese lng in Japanese OS

Using Chinese lng in Japanese Windows XP.

Option-Misc.-Redefine HotKeys-Win+F1
Then click the button below to open "Choose command" dialog.

The first line in the right part of the dialog wasn't shown correctly.But if click any of the other list item in the left panel and click back again,the characters display correctly.

Sorry, your report is too late for TC 7.50a (the problem is alreay in TC 7.50). I will try to fix it in a later version. Fortunately it doesn't seem to have any negative impact on the actual function.
