FTP master password dialog,sometimes there are to many stars

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the dialog
2. Put something heavy on the space bar.
3. Make yourself tea.
4. Move the heavy thing to backspace.
5. Drink your tea.
6. TC shows that password strength is 0. I think that the password TC has in memory is empty. But there text box is filled with starts.

The dialog box implements its own input handler via a keyboard hook, and doesn't handle the input of extra-long passwords like this, sorry. I will check whether I can do anything about it, but it's not a high priority.

Btw, you can see what is in the password memory be clicking the checkbox to unhide it.

I confirm the bug in 7.50a and cannot reproduce it in 7.55rc2.
