Drop icon from BCB remains on dirlist and history btns

Try to drag a file onto free path bar space or hotlist/history buttons. Cursor is red cross. Now try to drag to BCB part (don't release button) and then move mouse to free path bar space and hotlist/history buttons. Cursor remains like file with plus sign (and when Alt is pressed, plus is changed to minus).
Expected that TC will change cursor back to red cross if mouse left BCB part while dragging.
