TC Window after Themes service Start/Stop

Assme we have Windows 7 with Aero enabled.
TC Window is corrupted after Stopping/Starting Themes service. The only way to return it to normal state is exit/run TC again.
Not a major bug, but should be fixed.
I believe the reason for the above is that WM_THEMECHANGED is not handled correctly.
