| If new USB device is connected, the drive buttons are refreshed. But if I mount new TrueCrypt drive, the drive buttons are not refreshed. |

This means that Total Commander isn't receiving any WM_DEVICECHANGE message from the system. Therefore it cannot "know" that someting changed.
Just press F2 or Ctrl+R to force a manual refresh. _________________ Author of Total Commander

Well, I can live with this. It was jast remark.
BTW Windows Explorer do not have any problem with such drivers.
I also have "Imp's Drive Info" 1.7.2 gadget for Vista Side Bar (impinbox@hotmail.com). This gadged also automatically see new TrueCrypt drivers. |

Maybe truecrypt is sending WM_DEVICECHANGE messages with invalid parameters? TC only reacts to WM_DEVICECHANGE messages with parameters as described in the MSDN documentation. I don't plan to change that, sorry. _________________ Author of Total Commander
