You could change file version in file properties - there is stilll 0.6 beta.

1. Plugin isn't loaded on mpg files on first use. One has to manually uncheck and check mpg in options one time to make it work.
Avi files load with no probs on first use.

2. Entries in context menu show up only when hovering with mouse cursor, before they are just flat gray.

Maybe you can fix that?

Thank you. I try fix. But while disable redrawing a menu:
Settings>Interface>Indication>Uncheck "Owner draw menu"

Yep, unchecking that option fixes the problem, I am pretty sure that I never checked it manually though. Maybe it was enabled by default in earlier DSView versions and I haven't deleted dsview on the last update?
Now I did and prob (incl. checkmark) disappeared.

In case you are interested in feature wishes, too and don't know what to do with your time:
Would be great if DSView was able to play incomplete vids (with header and index available of course) and files currently in use by a (p2p) application so one can preview while downloading like it's possible with AVIpreview, MPC, ZoomPlayer, etc...

Anyway, thanks for a very nice plugin, it's worth to be mentioned on the official plugin page imho.

Recent version is 1.0 Beta...

What about the "mpg filetype not assigned at first DSView start"-bug? It's still needed to manually uncheck and check a file extension and press apply to update the ini-file to make DSView play mpgs.. Avi plays right out of the box.

Snapshotting feature is really sweet.

Really great PlugIn !!
But if I mark more than one audio file and press F3 it only plays the first one of them. With the default lister I was able to switch to the next marked file with "n". It´s really bad this doesn´t work.

1. "mpg not assigned bug" still exists.
2. No chance to install the plugin when using a variable in path, install button is grayed out then:
