tc8b1 64bit win7 mediainfo tooltip problem

the quite big tooltip boxes from mediainfo if moving above a mkv file are shown correctly but arent completely cleared after moving away from it.
problem seems to be a to small repaint area.
the tooltip disappeares for example after pressing the tab key
to move to switch between left and right filelist in tc

This is a known problem with Windows basic theme. It will be fixed in the next beta.

The fix was confirmed in the duplicate thread (and I confirm it too), so I think this thread may be moved into "Fixed" as well, or even merged together with the older thread.
