[64x] Many dialogs are not mirrored properly

There are many dialogs are not mirrored properly (all controls or just some of them specially checkboxes and static), here are some dialogs

Change start menu
Change directory menu
Change button bar
Find files
Synchronize directories
Change attributes
ftp (new connection)

It is difficult to list all of such user interface glitches, so it is better to review all dialog yourself.

I hope to find a fix for beta 3, but I haven't adapted right to left handling yet.

Fixed in TC 8 beta 3

I have reviewed above dialogs and many others and they all seems OK.
