[8.0 beta 12] Wrong file dates for TC files
Most all files of the TC installation files are touched with date 18.09.2011 7:00.

Sorry, I don't know how this happened, I chose "Current date", but apparently something went wrong. This also caused the problem with overwriting the .bar file.
