Well, it's easy. I looked at "Device class guid" property of Oti U3 Transfer Cable in Windows Device Manager.

By the way, exactly the same GUID has U-441 "Windows Easy Transfer Cable" from ST-Lab which I've been testing earlier. Don't know if it is some constant GUID of the whole transfer cables branch. Maybe it's safe to use it instead of {1eb7cb03-60a9-4d28-934f-4abeeebd0019}.

There's no such GUID in the registry when the cable is plugged in. Maybe it's in HEX form there, idk. So, I'm more inclined to wincmd.ini editing by the end user. It would be equally flexible and universal approach.
