Background color for tooltip

We can change font for user-defined tooltip in TC settings, but can't change tooltip background color.
It would be great if the tooltip background could also set in harmony with a TC color scheme.

Sure you can.
Tooltips are Windows objects and color can be set by changing windows display properties (item "Quickinfo")

Yes, I can do it in
Windows settings.
Bu I want change this color in accordance with TC colors.
If I change TC color scheme - then tooltip looks ugly.
Tooltips are Windows objects
But font style and size in tooltip you can change in TC settings.
If you can change the font style - I think maybe you can change the background color from TC setting too.

02.03.12 Added: (Experimental) Change font for tooltips separately: wincmd.ini, resolution-specific section, FontNameTip, FontCharsetTip, FontSizeTip and FontStyleTip (TC uses the dialog box settings if these are not present) (32/64)
Myabe add ability to change color for background separately too?
