Yep, I noticed that, thanx.

Nice, thanx.

Sorry, but it doesn't work via ^R in QV window - you have to change focus first.

n> And you can zoom in/out in 'Fit only big images'

Well, it zoom in picture to original size by first "+", is it by design?

Well, that's your program.

n> But, I'm considering of 'Hotkey configure'.

Thanx.[/face]

Sorry about that, :(
There's still a bug about losting focus in QV mode.
It's a mystery. :(
Or, it can be a limitation as a plugin. :(

Just copy/paste contents of codebox into a new file and decode it using TC's 'mime/uue/xxe-decode' in Filemenu.
Decompress resulting Rar-file with TC and copy contents into Imagine's subdir 'Language'.

Now start Imagine-plugin, press [Alt-Enter], choose Language-Tab and select 'Deutsch.mnu' and 'Deutsch.lng'.

P.S.: Finally you can understand, what you are doing (if you are German tounge, that is...). :D

Language-setting ?

Post by *Clo »

2nyam
:D   Hello Nyam !

• I installed from the archive Imagine_0.8.4.0_beta_1_20040226.zip
• That works, but no menu or language setting yet. Is it normal, or else, did I miss something ?

Glad to hear from you,
   Kind regards,
Claude

I suppose all the translations will be included in the next version. Probabaly nyam doesn't want to rebuild the package each time he gets a new translation and he waits until the next release of the plugin ;-)

Not all---

:)   Hello !
  Languages work already in that beta! BUT:
• Like deus-ex told above, you get the settings dialog with Alt+Enter.
• I chose "French", then the dialog became in French, except the titles of the tabs. The button "OK" (row # 1 in the language file) isn't translated.
* There is no space enough to translate some strings. F. i. : "Fit only big images", much longer in French, even using abbreviations.
• The informations in the status-bar are not translated yet, neither the current-file infos nor the coordinates / colours codes when clicking on a point of the pic (not handy, I guess)...
• The menu appears by a right-click; it's translated alright.

¤ This plugin should merit a small piece of Help folder ( jolly and colourful, of course ! )

  Trying to display a *.TIFF causes that TC crashes immediatly : the hated Win message "This program'll be closed... " or so (I've that in French...)
• Please DJK, could you verify these issues in Polish ? Thanks !
  Kind regards,
Claude

I've sent to nyam whole big list of items which I was unable to translate cause there were no such items in the example lang file. He promised to add the items for translating in the next version.

Anyway the "View" tab has really little space and I also couldn't put the exact translation there cuase it was too long. nyam make it a bit bigger, please.

Status bar information - true.

I'll increase the number of text that can be translated.
(As djk said kindly. :) ) And, status bar too.
And, I'll make the size of texts and dialogs bigger.

I'm considering to make a help file. (WinHelp or CHM)

Some TIFF compressions are not supported by Imagine yet. :(
(LogLuv and Old-JPEG)
And, 48bit or higher bit of images are not supported yet. :(
I'll fix that as soon as possible.

Details---

Post by *Clo »

:)   Hello !

2djk
• Thank you for noticing the missing items... That shall be useful for all translators ! In the status-bar, the RGB must be translated too, it's RVB in French (Italian and Spanish too, I don't know in Polish ?).

2nyam
• The TIFF I tested has the ZIP compression-mode, for both colours and binary. I can send a sample to you if you need.
• From the actual "Readme" and additional notes as TXT, I could build a small Help, rather as HTML / CHM, 'cause it's easier to translate (if some users wish to do...) and to update. Just ask for... I support French and English version if you agree.
• An idea : a small message to show that Alt+Enter allows to get the settings; also that a right-click displays the menu. Hence, the user knows. Then, a tick-box to hide the message.

Claude

Well, it should be.... CZN :-) But I've never seen it written this way, it looks funny :-).
We just use English - RGB.

Please send me the TIFF files. :?
I'll consider to make the help file as CHM file.
If English document is ready for distribute, I'll ask you for the French document. ;)
And, I'll consider about that tick-box(Tip of the day(?) ). ;)
