A command can be have multiple shortcuts.
For example,
I'm using the 'ViewZoomToNormal' as 'Num *' and 'Ctrl+H'.
And, I'm using the 'FileOpen' as 'Ctrl+O' and 'Insert'.

So, deleting the previous one manually is necessary. :(
True, you are right. It maybe sometimes really useful to have several shortcuts for one command.
Mabye the solution would be to have two buttons instead of current one ('Assign'):
- 'Change shortcut'
- 'Add shortcut'.
This way the user could easily decide what he wants to do.

Anyway... it's not so important so better do other changes... :-)

• Like I told to deus-ex in order to verify, the line :

Code: Select all

40019="RGB"
is translated alright in the menus, but not on the status-bar when clicking a point to get infos...
It will be fixed. :)
• Yes, it could ! In fact, the files are unpacked in a TEMP dir., generally C:\windows\temp\_tc (default, cannot be changed)
- For the internal ZIP, the TEMP dir can be different, and it is defined in <wincmd.ini>:

Code: Select all

[Packer]
InternalzipTemp=c:\Temp
in example at home... The real path is of course: C:\temp\_tc
• Hence, the files are there as in any usual dir. Just a OR logic to see where the unpacked files are... ?
No... it is not easy. :(
If you view one image file in the ZIP archive,
Only that one image file is extracted, and other files in the archive are not extracted. :?
• Other: in some cases, the transparency-colour doesn't work. Please, watch this below for an icon 8-BPP:
Image: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/charries/relais/transparence.png
Could you send me the PNG file please? :)
* On this box, the "OK" button isn't translated.
Ah... the 'OK' button text is system string of Windows.
I don't have any ability of changing the text.
(You look 'OK' in every other property sheets. Don't you? :) )

hmm... Are there many users who change the shortcuts very frequently?
If not, adding another button may make Imagine complex. :(
I'll consider it.

I don't know. I also don't do it often but at least once... for several commands. ;-)

BTW: It seems to be still impossible to redefine right button of mouse. I mean the problem I described here. Is there any chance to change it?

:)  Good evening in Korea!
You look 'OK' in every other property sheets. Don't you?
• Yes, because the M$-golden-boys who "translated" Win in French had never put their feet in France...
* TC didn't use these Win properties sheets when we had the old "Options" system - till version 6.0 - So, that seemed strange for me...
* Much later, maybe options like the new TC-System ? It's easier to add sections, and to build pics in a Tutorial later too
Could you send me the PNG file please
- The PNG is only the global screen-shot ! The faulty file is an icon *.ico below, from our friend Paul Vansumsen :
Image: http://perso.wanadoo.fr/charries/relais/donkey%202.ico
- You can download this icon using TC-HTTP "New connection", it works.
• Waiting the next beta,
  kind regards,
Claude

Good afternoon in France! :D

Hmm... that will be better.
Current TC option system is more convenient than old one.
I'll consider to change like that. :)
(But it cannot be changed quickly. :?)

The icon file is not shown like that here. :(

I'll check my code again. :?

It darkens !

:) Hi again !
• The mystery darkens : I tested under XP-Pro, all is right !
• But under Win 98 SE, it's false still, we have "Magenta" instead "White" as the transparency BkGr colour, like on the previous screen-shot! :?:
• Worse : when clicking a point on the background, I get RGB 0,0,0 - Index : 0 - ; that seems normal, since I get the same under XP...

- Good night for you...
  Kind regards,
Claude

As I said, I omitted the string from translation table. I'll fix it later version. :)

The values...

Post by *Clo »

:)  Hello ! Good afternoon...
As I said, I omitted the string from translation table. I'll fix it later version.
• Yes, I know, thanks. I meant: the values are the same, although we get two different background colours at display!
* The chosen colour being "White", we might get 255,255,255 when correct - and 255,0,255 with the faulty display... But in both we have a value as "Black" 0,0,0 when clicking on the background, that seems illogical...

   Kind regards,
Claude

Hmm... That's normal. :)
Because the icon files express their transparency with another prepared mask data.
The original pixel value on the transparent pixel is always zero of index.
And most of icon images have black(0,0,0) color in their zero palette index. :?

How about a command to fit the image to the width of the window instead of the height?

Enhancement request: I would prefer the option to not be asked for confirmation when deleting a file.
